If ever there was an example of the power of social media, it's the fate of the new logo created by Gap.
Only four days ago, the company confirmed that it's surprise new logo was legit. It was designed to be used long term, and to take the brand forward.
However, a major outcry from Gap customers on Facebook and other social media platforms, has resulted in the company reverting back to the old logo. And they have committed to engage with their customers and to listen to their feedback in evolving the Gap logo and the future of the brand.
