But first and foremost, I’m a mum, wife and daughter.
My Story
Over the last decade, I’ve run Facebook Ads for some of the biggest names in the online coaching space and have coached hundreds of entrepreneurs on how to grow their own businesses too.
But in 2023, my Mum passed away. And overnight, I became a full time carer for my dad, dealing with estate admin, processing my own grief, running ads, supporting the business, AND taking care of my own family.
As I went into survival mode, so did my business. I realized I had built something that required ME to be IN it 24/7 to thrive. But I also couldn’t escape the personal responsibilities demanding my time too.
... something had to give.
So I stripped everything back and restructured my business in a way that didn’t require me to support it without it also supporting me.
And now I’m passionate about helping other midlife women do this too.
Business success, AND the time to step aside and deal with whatever life throws your way.
